Are there different Laserpod models?
There is only one standard Laserpod, but in time we will introduce new models and accessories.
At which retail outlets can I find Laserpod?
Laserpod will soon be available through certain exclusive retailers.
Does Laserpod carry a guarantee?
Damaged or faulty Laserpod units may be returned to the distributor within a week of receipt for replacement.
Does Laserpod have different “on” modes?
It has 2 modes:
- Red lasers and blue / purple LEDs
- Red lasers only
How do I receive Laserpod?
There are 2 available options:
- To counter: We deliver to your post office. We will email you a tracking number and ETA.
- To your door. We will delivery to a stipulated address and email you a tracking number and ETA.
How is Laserpod powered?
Transformer / Adaptor (included)
3 x AA batteries (not included)
How long do the batteries last?
8 hours, dependant on the brand

Is Laserpod dangerous?
No, but as with all lasers, do not stare into the beam.

What height is a Laserpod?
Base unit only: 15cm
Base unit plus tall diffuser: 30cm
What is the recommended running time?
We recommend that you do not run Laserpod for more than 4 continuous hours.
Why are only two of the three LED's are working
It may seem as though only two of the three blue LED’s are working - but don’t worry - all is working correctly.
The third LED is an Ultra Violet (UV) LED. It casts a subtle purple light and looks white when looking directly at it.
The Blue LED’s are Ultra Bright LED’s and hence much brighter than the UV one.
If you are not too sure if it is working, hold a bank note in the purple light and you will see the UV design on it light up as you would see with a money detector.
